In 2003, Leo Sfikas joined Currie Motors Auto Group in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as general manager and drove year-over-year business growth. Prioritizing education and training, he held quarterly workshops to educate employees on best practices to optimize productivity. He also worked with more than 220 personnel on industry practices, company procedures, and sales principles. During his time with Currie Motors Auto Group, he belonged to Ford’s 100 Club, signifying the top 100 dealers in the country, for 7 years. He also assisted with Currie Motor’s acquisition of a Ford dealership in Valparaiso Indiana, which ranked number 2 regionally in 2020.
